The dissertation is research in which at a monographic level the essence and content of the crimes against humanity in the international public law are in a complex studied. On the grade of analysis of doctrine about international crimes, legal documents and practice the law nature and judicial description of crimes against humanity are defined and researched. The theses formulate conceptual provisions, new proposals and conclusions on the researched issues.
