The dissertation traces methodological tools of fiscal-and-economic systems functioning and their role in regulating transition economy development. In thіs work the author characterises the main taxation forms and researches the tools of state taxation of national income. The research evaluates the effectiveness of fiscal-and-economic activities in transition period. The ways of tax system optimising in the market environment are defined in the work.
