The thesis is devoted to the problem of secondary and higher schools integration, its psychological peculiarities under the present-day conditions of a scientific-educational complex attached to an institution of higher learning. The theoretical and practical psychology pedagogical model of scientific-educational complex for higher learning institution is worked out. The experimental data of research demonstrated the differences of individual and psychological features of students who studied at scientific-educational complex from other students. These differences are presented by definition of vital and professional values, moral aims and comprehension of personal qualities as the psychological methods of achieving life purposes, strengthening self-improvement motivation. The experimental data obtained in research confirmed our assumption as for dependence of students adaptation process quality on the process of studying at higher learning institution from the forms and contents of pre-institute education. Under the scientific-educational complex conditions it directed not only to professional orientation of youth, but it also optimizes the psychological mechanisms of person development.The expedience of integration through scientific-educational complex to the educational process of secondary school with academic environment of higher learning institution on partner basis is grounded and it enables to provide acceptability of educational establishments of various levels and gives education a new quality.
