Essay

Object of the study- economic processes in the period of radical economic reforms in Ukraine. Objective of the study - development of theoretical, methodical, and organizational basis for improving the management of economic reforms in purpose of raising their efficiency. Methods of research include economic, logical, system, comparative and dynamic analysis. Theoretical and practical results consist in working out of scientific, methodical and organizational recommendations on improvement of the management of economic reforms in purpose of speeding up the economic development and raising the life quality of people. Novelty: for the first time the choice of such a new subject of reforming as a radical reform of productive forces has been substantiated; an approach to the reform of productive forces has been developed further, it suggests to focus on attraction of investments in order to from a high quality level of production and labour organization in the period of mastering new technologies; it has been suggested to improve the market economic system and the market infrastructure first of all in order to stimulate the development of productive forces; the necessity is substantiated to choose those branches during technical reequipment which can provide expansion of the domestic market and satisfy demand of people in consumer home-made goods; the mutually stipulated improvement of pension provision, a wage system, public utilities rates has been grounded, a great number of benefits and privileges should be eliminated; new methods are proposed to develop a general, long-range national programme for deepening economic reforms as well as its new content, a special state commission being formed in this relation. Degree of introduction: the main results of study have been used by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in Ukraine and also on the mine "Olkhovatskaya", on CSC "The Group Nord", at the enterprise "Khamadey", in the teaching process of the Donetsk National State University under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Sphere of application covers the enterprises, the branches and the economy on the whole.
