Object - manufacture and distribution of a total internal product, as generalizing display of process of development of a national economy; the purpose - further development of theoretical statement, scientific substantiation and perfection of a technique of the structural analysis of economic growth and development of the practical recommendations on modeling and forecasting of economic development of a national economy in its market transformation conditions on this basis; methods - balance and statistical methods of analytical accounts, methods of the functional analysis, expert estimations, parametrical programming and macroeconomic of forecasting, methods factorial, economic-mathematical and structural analysis; results - the technique of the structural analysis and forecasting of economic growth for preparation of the programs of realization of structural reforms in economy of Ukraine is developed; novelty - for the firstly the basic directions and principles of the structural analysis for planning and state regulation of economy are formulated and proved; the methods of a quantitative estimation of development of a national economy are developed on the basis of using of effectiveness ratio of economic growth the methods of the quantitative analysis; of parameters of a total internal product are advanced, on the basis of which the structural balance of the national accounts of Ukraine in sphere of primary and secondary distribution of the income and on the account of the capital is generated; the methods of the analysis and forecasting of economic growth by means of creation of the combined structural functional model are advanced; definition of conditions and principles of optimization of final consumption in innovative model of socially focused economy has received the further development; trey are introduced at the enterprises of Donetsk, in Rada of national safety and defense of Ukraine, in Committee Supreme of Ukraine on a fuel and energy complex, nuclear policy and nuclear safety, on JSC "Khvylya"; area is public authorities of planning and regulation of national economy, industrial enterprises.
