Thesis is dedicated of elaborating and scientific motivation the main princi-pals of organization urgent medical help for sufferers in case of extraordinary situation at state level, which is connected with disastrous flooding on the territory of the dig city. Using selfmade methodological appoaches multivariants prediction of medical situation inside of zone of disaster was compound, the size and structure of medical losses was determined including the main profile of granting urgent medical help. The main organizational principals of granting urgent medical help were substantiated depending on medical-tactical situation inside the zone of disaster, and medical capacity which are necessary for elimination of medical results of disastrous flooding.
