Dudko V. Clinico-experimental data to application CO2-laser with surgical treatment of genital prolapses in the women

Object of a research: genital prolapses (GP) in the women. The purpose of a research: achievement of optimization of the medical process with GP at the women through application of new techniques (laser technologies) and improvement of methods preop-erative and postoperative treatment. Methods of a research and equipment: The statistical analysis of histories of illnesses of the women with GP, which were operated in gynecologic hospitals of Kharkov during 1995-99 years; clinic and tool methods; colposcopy, rectoscopy, learning рН vaginal contents in dynamics, analysis suboperative bleeding, time of operations; definition of necessity in narcotic analgetics, local temperature in postoperative period; hystologic, biochemical, bacteriological re-searches; statistical methods of an estimation of reliability of ob-tained data. Theoretical and practical results: expand existing representations about ethiologe (family propensity) and pathogenesis of disease at the women of a modern population. The offered complex technique of preoperative preparation, surgical treatment of the women with GP to receive economic benefit by means of truncation of periods of preoperative treatment, acceleration postoperative rehabilitation, de-crease of necessity in medicines. The implantation in practice of surgical treatment prolapses with the help of laser technologies, adapted by us, improvement was given back of morphological and functional results (2,9 % recidive case against 11,1 % in a control). The ball scale of an estimation of efficiency reconstractive vaginal operations is offered for use. Novelty: In operation the experimental way shows more favorable current of processes of a reparation of laser wounds of a mucous vaginal shell. The safe parameters of effective operation of the equipment are defined. The scheme of preoperative preparation and postoperative therapy of the patients with GP with use of modern methods of hormonal replacement therapy, vaginal sanation by new medical preparations are developed. The engineering photohydro-preparation and overlay of laser-mechanical seams is fulfilled. Learning influence of "laser" operations on a functional state of bodies adjacent with sexual is carried spent. Stages of use: the data obtained in the work can be used in teaching process at the departments of obstetrics and gynecology in the higher educational establishment of medical type, and in practical work of the medical establishments. Sphere of use: medicine.
