Essay

The investigation is devoted to the theoretical foundation and experimental test of ways, means and psychological conditions in training of the primary school to their diagnostic activity in pedagogical process of the teachers training college. It has been cleared up that the diagnostic activity of a teacher is a necessary condition of the education directed on the personality. There is a contradiction between the definition of the diagnostic activity importance in the professional work of the primary school teacher and the absence of systematic work on its forming.
