Object of research - professional - pedagogical preparation of the teacher - language and literature for of the sekond step school. The aim of research - theoretically to prove and experimentally to approve pedagogical technology of formation of readiness of future teachers of language and literature to differentiation of training of younger teenagers, to define pedagogical conditions of its successful functioning at the supreme pedagogical school. Methods of a research - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical outcomes and the novelty - is rendered concrete a pedagogical essence of a phenomenon "readiness of the future teachers of language and literature to differentiation of training of pupils"; it is determined the criteria, parameters and the level characteristic of readiness of the students of maximum pedagogical school to differentiated learning of the pupils are certain(determined). Practical outcomes and novelty - system engineering individually - creative and test problems for the students, technique of diagnostics of levels сформированности of their readiness for differentiated learning of the junior teenagers, a special course; pedagogical technology of forming influence of high school learning on process, which is investigated; the methodical recommendations for the student - and teachers of language and literature is developed. The subject and degree of introduction - is introduced into practice of maximum pedagogical school. Efficiency of introduction - high.
