The object of research: the process of managing industrial enterprises restructurization; the objective of a scientific work: theoretical foundation and working out methodical recommendations for carrying on diagnostics op crisis situation at Ukrainian enterprises, the results op which give a possibility to choose the necessary trends of restructurization; methods of research and apparatus: fundamental tenets of dialectics, economic theory, theory of organization and management, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, methods of generalization, comparison, technical - economical and statistical analysis, expert estimations, theoretical and practical results: methods of determining type of enterprises crisis and adequate restructization measures; theoretical foundation of a sphere for applying typical measures according to restructurization types; the essence of the crisis situations diagnostics in the process of managing restruturization; classificasion of restructurization aspects by means of introducing the signs of a kind and stages; the scheme of managing restructurization; classification of enterprise's crisis situations; practical importans of results is in the fact that their introducing promotes acceleration of adaptation processes of domestic economic subjects to environment, increasing of justified decision making on restructurization effective use of enterprise's resources; the subject and extend of introduction; elaborations were introduced into the work op Public Limited Company (Plc) ''Berdyansk Harversting Machines'', Plc ''Pervomaisk Plant of Agricultural Machinery'', Plc ''Sigma Found''; sphere of application: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
