Essay

The object is vocational-applied physical training (VAPT) of the servicewomen; the aim - is a theoretical and experimental substantiation of the VAPT methods of the cadets of the higher educational institutions (HEI) of the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ukraine; the methods are - the analysis of literary sources, pedagogical tests, pedagogical experiment, questioning, anthropometrical, the method of mathematical statistics; the new approach lies in the program of the VAPT of the cadets was worked out and scientifically grounded, the level of physical and psychical preparation of the cadets of Lviv Institute of Internal Affairs attached to National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was determined; the main include methodical references for individual physical training classes of the cadets-women and the program of the VAPT of the cadets, all this thesis has been developed by HEI.
