Object - is the process of development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher; the aim of investigation is theoretical and experimental substantiation of model of purposeful development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher based upon studying of essence and activity of its determinants; methods - theoretical analysis of scientific literary sources, experiment (stating, forming (psychologo-pedagogical), control), observation, conversation, expert valuation, polling, testing, methods of mathematical statistics, novelty - entirely conceptual structurally - functional model of development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher was substantiated; system of objective and subjective determinants of development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher and their structural components was exposed; peculiarities of establishment and activity of system of determinants of development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher were investigated; personally determined model of professional retraining primary school's teachers to improve the level of their psychological culture was worked out and experimentally improved; result: theoretical comprehending of essence and specific of determination of development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher was made more exact and deepened; regularities of activities of system of determinants of development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher depending on basic objective and subjective factors of his professional establishment were found out; сomplex of methods, which allow to give a diagnosis to determinants of development of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher was experimentally examined; author's programme of personally determined retraining, directed to improvement of psychological culture of the primary school's teacher, was introduced to the process of training and retraining of teachers and to practical work of teachers; sphere of using - professional, psychological and pedagogical retraining.
