The state regulation system as the totality of the organizational economic relations. Fiscal mechanism in the state regulation system and its evolution on the current stage of the economic development. System approach, methods of the analysis and synthesis, abstraction and concretization. The nature, place and the role of the fiscal mechanism is defined and directions of its transformation are investigated. Principles of the fiscal mechanism rebuilding in Ukraine are elaborated. Results can be used in the public governance and in the teaching process.
