Berkuta A. System of reforming price formation in construction of Ukraine

The basic purpose of research: to prove system of price formation in the construction, adequate to mar-ket conditions, and bases of its introduction in Ukraine. System of price formation in construction has been chooses as the object of research. The sub-jects of research are budget cost and the price of building production. Methods of the analysis and syn-thesis, the system approach, revealing of cause and effect dependences, mathematical-statistical have been used during the research. As result: strategy of reforming price formation in construction is defined, market model of definition of a contractual price is proved, methodical bases of creation of new normative base of price formation are determined, approaches to the account in cost of construction to risk and an inflationary rise in price are developed, a new technique and base of calculation of superimposed expenses and the profit in structure of cost of civil and erection works are proved. The speci-fied development have found practical introduction at formation of legislative and normative base of defini-tion of cost of construction.
