Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increase of productivity of process of processing 3-D of surfaces on milling machine tools with NPM.The competitor develops a new method of formation of the circuits of processing with non-uniform submission on a line in view of essential unstationary of process of processing, which is based on the developed structural - parametrical model of process. The method allows to form the circuits of processing for various 3-D of surfaces. Is shown, that the choice of a method of formation of the circuits of processing essentially influences time of processing. The techniques of definition of parameters cutting of a layer making force of cutting and complete moving of the tool are developed. The constructive decisions are offered and the skilled sample of the tool adaptation with a variable initial tool surface intended for the processing 3-D of surfaces and a technique of an effective utilization of the given adaptation is made.
