Object - inter-personal relations in pedagogical collective; target - study of pecularities of modelling methods application (graphological, play form, symbolic) for prophylaxis and psychological correction of conflict impact in pedagogical collective; methods: theoretical-analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, abstraction, classification; empiric - psycho-pedagogical experiment, testing, analysis of activity results, supervision, conflict situation modelling; statistic - medium quantities analysis; correlation analysis; interpretational - structural and genetic; innovation is in theoretical reasoning and experimental proof of graphological, play form and symbolic modelling efficiency, in organizational formats of scientific methodology seminar and socio- psychological training of interactive conflict in relation system of "teacher to teacher"; further development of the oftained idea of psycho-analytical factors of conflict development and methodical means of their correction with the purpose of pedagogical communication optimisation; the empathy and strategy of conflict situations solution dependance on professional typology of teachers is astablished for the first time.
