The purpose - revealing of laws of influence of simultaneous multilateral actions on formation of cognitive activity and development of individuality of preschool children in view of their age features. Theoretical results and novelty - definition of concept " simultaneous formation of multilateral actions ", for the first time is offered concept " simultaneous formation of multilateral actions ", simultaneous formation of multilateral actions in educational process is applied, the system of techniques of development of cognitive activity of children of preschool age based on multilateral actions is developed and applied. Practical results - development and introduction of system of techniques of purposeful influence on formation of cognitive activity as means of development of individuality of children of preschool age.Efficiency of introduction - high.
