Object of researches - determination of parameters of toxicodynamics and distant effects on infusoria, laboratory animals and poultry. The purpose of researches - to study toxicodynamics of borocin and to determine parameters of toxicity in acute and chronic test on infusoria, mice, rats and poultry. To determine its cumulation, the degree of its mutagenous action and pharmacokinetic features of the activ substance of the preparation. Methods of the researches - pharmacotoxicological (acute and chronic toxicity, cumulation, pharmacokinetics, mutagenicity), hematological, biochemical and histological researches. The scientific discovering - for the first time it was studied toxicodynamics of borocin - a new antimicrobial preparation from the group of fluoroquinolones, it was also studied its toxic parameters in acute and chronic tests on laboratory animals and poultry. It was studied mutagenous action of borocin and its effects to cumulation in organs of rats and poultry. It was studied dynamics of anychanges in coefficients of masses of inner organs, hematological and biochemical dates of blood of rats and young poultry during chronic toxic researches of the preparation. It was also studied histological structure of inner organs and process of regeneration in rats during prolonged application of the preparation. It was determined kinetic characteristics of the active substance of the preparation. The degree of application - the results of toxicological researches have been taken in Technical Conditions for borocin and it was discovered and confirmed the Directions for the given preparation usage during bacterial diseases of poultry. Sphere (area) of usage - determination of non-dangerous effect of the preparation according to its "toxicity" in the studying process of toxicology and clinical pharmakology and borocin usage in practical veterinary medicine.
