Object of the study: patients with intra-abdominal bleedings caused by abdominal pregnancy and ovary apoplexy. Purpose: increase of the quality of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of postoperative infectious complications accompanied by intra-abdominal blee-dings in gynecology through using immunocorrecting means. Methods of investigation and equipment: with the purpose of assessing the efficiency of immunocorrecting therapy for the patients suffering from abdominal pregnancy and ovary apoplexy the general clinical methods of research were used, as well as the state of immune homeostasis of the organism, peroxide oxidation of lipids and the system of antioxidant protection indicators, the content of inflammation mediators - or in the blood serum. Theoretical and practical results: it has been proved that the study of the immune system indicators, inflammation mediators, lipooxidation products and enzyme link of antioxidant system in the blood serum contributes to the improvement of the diagnosis ofthe pre and post surgical periods in patients with abdominal pregnancy and ovary apoplexy. The efficiency of infectious compli-cations prevention methods through the usage of natural interferons in the post-surgery period has been proved. Natural interferons contribute to the correlation of the found disorders in case of intra-abdominal bleedings of gynecological genesis. Novelty: it has been first proved that patients suffering from heavy intra-abdominal bleedings of gynecological genesis have pre- and post-surgery periods accompanied by changes in specific cell and humoral links of immunity, which took place with the development of the secondary immune deficiency in accordance with a relatively supressor variant. For the first time the study of antiphlogistic cytokinins in patients suffering from ovary apoplexy and abdominal pregnancy was carried out, the diagnostic importance of these indicators during the illness as markers reflecting the stage of inflammation was assessed; interdependence between these para-meters and the indicators of the specific cell immunity was mentioned. The increase of primary and secondary products of lipids peroxide oxidation, decrease in antioxidant activity, which is caused both by the pathological process and its heaviness were noticed. The correlation between the regulatory links of organism homeostasis - lipids peroxide oxidation products level, the content of the indicators of system of antioxidant protection, immunological reaction of the organism indicators and inflammation mediators. For the first time the introduction of the new treatment and prevention methods of using natural interferons - "Laferon" or "Cycloferon" without the application of antibacterial therapy was recommended in the thesis with the purpose of infectious complications prevention in the post-surgery period. The optimal scheme of treatment for patients suffering from intra-abdominal bleedings depending upon the state of peroxide oxidation of lipids processes, immunity factors and proinflammation cytokinins has been designed. It's efficiency has been proven. Degree of introduction: major positions developed in the process of the research have been implemented in the city clinical delivery houses (Nr.1, Nr.2, Nr.3) and gynecological department of Kharkov multi-discipline clinical emer-gency first-aid hospital. The scientific developments and practical recommen-dations are used in the course of lectures for the students of Kharkov Medical University, Kharkov Meedical Academy of Post Graduation Studies.
