This thesis is focused on the analysis of interconnection between political culture and transformation in post-colonial and post-socialist countries. A detailed analysis of foreign methodologies and research methods applied in this field is provided. Approaches made by different research schools and branches are systematized. The thesis analyses and generalizes the experience of economic and political transformation in post-colonial and post-socialist countries of Eastern Europe, India and Latin America.
