Essay

The new technology of the risk assessment on the basis of information and entropy theoretical propositions is suggested. For assessment of significance of the influence of basic component investment the adoption of relative deflection method is carried out. Factor models for assessment of deflection of investment parameters on the Indices of the project effectiveness is given. Conditions of risk control and relative deviation method for prognosing indices of investment effectiveness are formulated.
