The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical, methodical and practical issues of formation of State incomes policy. The analysis of the most important tendecies in the population incomes' sphere under the formation of market relations in Ukraine is carried out. The main directions in the development of mechanism of State regulation of population incomes are determined and scientifically grownded considering features of transitional economy.
