Essay

The object of the research are оrgananizational-economic processes, which take place in a management system of public catering establishments of consumers' cooperative society. The purpose of work is working out theoretical notions and practical guidelines concerning formation of enterprise control mechanisms. The approach to the new classification of branch managing was improved and a number of concepts was justified. For the first time in conditions of the market the place and development trends of public catering was determined, the concepts of enterprise "control mechanism" were worked out and its internal members were determined. The economic-mathematical models of control over productive managing processes on enterprise were designed and the practical guidelines concerning formation of an administrative personnel of enterprise were suggested.
