Object of research - investment processes in the industrial region. Research purpose - a development of theoretical positions and practical recommendation development on the improvement of process of investment activity governing in industrial regions in modern conditions of managing. Methods of research: methods of logical analysis, system approach, statistical and comparative analysis, grouping and generalising data, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results consist in the further development of scientifically-methodical positions on the improvement of process of investment activity governing in the industrial region. Novelty: the main principles of investment activity management were formulater, which connecter with the foundations and peculiarities of the regional managment of investment processes; motivated need of using investment marketing in the region, designed system of investment marketing actions in the industrial region; offered methodical approach to reducing the investment activity risks in industrial regions, which based on using a system of ensure of investments; designed information grounds basing upon Internet-site territory of priority development; built economic and mathematical model of using the investment resources of region. Degree of introduction: developments are used in Management activity on questions of development of territory in Donetsk regional, executive committee of Makeyevka city council, Makeyevka Economics and arts institute. An area of use: the regional and local authorities.
