The purpose of this thesis is the search for the ways of improving the organizations of operation of financial resources in the transitional economy of Ukraine. The research which was done in this work makes it possible to systematize and add theoretical idea about operation of financial resources of enterprises in transitional economy of Ukraine, to find out the causes of deficiencies in it, and to work out separate recommendations on their removing in the enterprises level and in economy as whole.
