Lomovs'kykh L. Labour Motivation at the Agricultural Enterprise

Object: the problems of motivation of machine - operators' labour. Methods: abstract and logical, monographic, system analysis, sociological, calculation and constructive, dynamics rows, comparative, graphic, statistic grouping, regressive, cluster, discriminate. Results: theoretical approaches in the definition of social and economic essences of labour motivation are summarized and the system of measures improving it are carried out. Newness: the complex of labour motivation aspects is considered; the integration notion "economic, social and socio-psychological development of the collectives" is proposed; economic, social and social-psychological processes taking place in labour collectives have been studied; methods of defining of motivation factors influence on the economic indices of production activity are applied; the level of interconnection of labour activity and the results of machine - operators' labour productivity with the motivation factors as well as interconnection of machine - operators' labour activity with the investigated labour motivation factors grouped according to different motivation theories is determined; the principles of compatibility of machine - operators are defined and the fundamentals of forecasting their labour activity level are carried out; proposals regarding improvement of economic, social and social and psychological state of labour collectives are formulated.
