3. Spontaneous and evoked inhibitory postsynaptic currents were recorded in dorsal root ganglion neurons. It was shown that spinal cord neurons can form functional inhibitory synapses on dorsal root ganglion neurones. Prolongation of the cultivation term resulted in an increase in the number of synaptic contacts.
