Li J. State regulation of innovation processes in the economy of transition period

Object of a research is innovation activity and innovation processes at the enterprises. The purpose thesis of work is the theoretical substantiation and development of methodical toolkit for a realisation of effective economic management innovation by activity. The theoretical and methodological basis thesis of a research is, that their use will assist increase of efficiency innovation of activity. So, the application of techniques of an evaluation of efficiency and risks innovation of the projects will allow basis to evaluate the project, to avoid losses for want of acceptance innovation of solutions. Practical significance of outcomes of a research and their use in economic practice is confirmed by appropriate helps. The introduction of the development, stated in a thesis, has found a use in educational process for want of exposition spetscourses: "State industrial policy of Ukraine", "Foreign trade Activities of the enterprises (corporations)" of the Kharkov national university by it. Novelty: For the first Time is offered: the scientific approach of rather state inducing of activation innovation of activity, which is directed on overcoming of technological lag and economic increase; the concept of an evaluation of an economic efficiency innovation of the projects, which provides complex use of formal methods of account of quantitative parameters, which enables to reduce risk for the investors for want of investment of money in this or that project. Has received further development: the methodical approach to shaping the strategy innovation of activity, which provides development of alternatives and choice of the strategy with allowance for of factors of an external and internal medium; Revealing of expediency application of methods of an evaluation of an economic efficiency of capital investments, which enables to conduct the analysis of financial streams and evaluation of their influence on a degree of efficiency of realisation innovationof the projects.
