Bulgaa A. International and Law Enforcement Practice of Interpretation of International Treaties.

The thesis is devoted to the research of various aspects of the interpretation of international agreements, such as doctrinal aspect, normative aspect and practical aspect.The author has brought to the scientific circulation some interesting points, which could be used in theoretical researches and also in practice. The above-stated points were made on basis of fundamental analysis of the considerable quantity of different normative acts and practical materials of the international bodies. The author has studied and analyzed a lot of existent doctrines concerning interpretation of international Agreements and concerning the perspective of this line's of investigation development.The candidate has carried out complex analysis and made the classification of the principles of interpretative activity, which were used in practice. He has found also the essence of the norms of international law of Agreements, regulating the process of interpretation.The candidate for degree has studied and analyzed interpretative activity of several subjects of international law, such as follows: - the International judicial settings (on basis of the materials of the European Court's on Human Rights activity); - the international organizations (on basis of the papers of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council); - the states (on basis of their joint political statements).
