Lipov V. Motivation of Economy's Activity in Terms of Transition Economy

Object of research - factors and processes of motivation forming of economical activity in transformational economy. Purpose of research - definition of the essence and national peculiarities of motivation in economical activity in terms of market transformation and possibilities for purposeful correction of existent institutional system and motivational mechanism of such changes. Methods - systematic, comparative, historical and economical, factor, economical and statistical analyses. Result - 1. Definition of economy's activity is given as universal category, characterizing activity of an individual in reproducing his/her own being and environment. 2. The essence and content of economical motivation is determined as a set of traditional values, norm and rules of behavior, regulating human activity in reproducing its existence. 3/ Two circle model of motivation of the economical activity is defined. 4/ The definition of value as subjective-psychological, regulative attitude of the personality, pre-defining the goal, character and intensity of economical activity has been given. The content of the "economical values" has been identified. 5. The mechanism of influence upon social-economical and cultural dynamic of changes in motivation economy's activity of the factors of national culture of economy's activity described. 6. The basics of the motivational mechanism of change in the institutions of economy's activity has been developed. 7. Suggestions for transformations of the institutions of economy's activity in Ukraine has been given.
