In the dissertation the new decision of increase is sent. Financial receipt on improvement of quality of medical aid by the patient with heavy current of a pneumonia due to priority development of initial medical aid, including outside of hospital. The medical and economic estimation of optimisation of initial medical aid by the patient a pneumonia in conditions of market attitudes (relations) for the first time is given. It is offered to change at rendering paid medical services, existing nowadays, a principle of pricing by definition of the price in each case separately, that corresponds (meets) to organic laws of the market.
