Stanislavchuk V. Working out and scientific substantiation of the main ways of primary health care development at the level of primary link of rural health care medical establishments

Dissertation contains data about the state of primary health care at the level of primary link of rural health care medical establishments (feldsher / midwife posts - FMP and medical outpatient facilities - MOF). Medical establishments of primary link were researched, data about the forming and usage of material and technical, scientific and informational, manpower resources were obtained. Structural-logical analysis of forms and methods of FMP and MOF activity was done, spectrum of medical technologies was determined, namely: disease-preventive activities of these establishments at the period of their taking the road of insurance medicine. For the first time there were worked out the models-schemes of FMP activities as medical establishments of family medicine, rural feldsher's work and model of preventive in content rural facilities work. The propositions concerning technologies of FMP transformation into family medical facilities were elaborated.
