Essay

The scientific thesis is devoted to the research of pathological changes in a kidney in patients suffering from kidney colic. According to the data received from angionephroscintography and static scintography all patients with kidney colic demonstrated local kidney venous hypertension (LKVH). The stages for pathologic changes in a kidney (compensation, subcompensation, decompensation) were defined. The distinctive feature is the fact that under gained back urodynamics at the compensatory stage the blood circulation and kidney processes are back to their initial level within 1-2 days. The gained urodynamics does not lead to the initial level of blood circulation or kidney processes. The third stage is the stage of decompensatory blood circulation and kidney processes, i.e. so called shock kidney. The treatment policy and prevention of complications were recommended for patients with kidney colic.
