Larina T. Previous accumulation of capital under the conditions of postsocialist economy

The object is the transformation processes in postsocialist economies; the aims are to reveal the essence and mechanism of previous accumulation of capital under the conditions of postsocialist economy, to develop the recommendations on stimulation of transformation of this process into production accumulation; the methods are synergetic and system approach, historical and logical analysis, economy-statistical analysis; outcomes, novelty: 1) the definition of the contents of stages of economic systems life cycle is submitted; 2) the synergetic model of economic systems evolution is offered; 3) it is given a synergetic basing of essence of previous accumulation of capital definition as the process of decentralisation of the joint property, the contents of its directions is opened; 4) the author's interpretation of the contents of postsocialist economy transformation as dual process of transition from natural into commodity phase and from early industrial society into later industrial ones is offered; 5)the purposes of previous accumulation of capital in postsocialist economy connected with formation of institutional and structural preconditions of market economy are determined; 6) the criteria of classification of the forms of previous accumulation of capital are determined, methods and mechanisms of realisation of this process in economy of Ukraine are systematised; 7) the division into periods of process of previous accumulation of capital in economy of Ukraine is carried out, the features of the allocated periods are opened; 8) the complex of measures on stimulation of transformation of previous accumulation of capital into production accumulation is developed; the field is at improvement of economic state policy in sphere of investments, structural transformations, competition, taxation, specification of the property rights, in educational process, in research work at study of transformation process and shadow economy.
