The dissertation is devoted to scientific research of the reason of occurrence, forms of reproduction, sources of formation and channels of realization of shadow economic activities in export-import transactions. The definition of shadow economy is given on the basis of complex registration-statistical and formal-legal approaches as an economic category. There is carried out the classification of shadow capitals and counted up their volumes on the basis of legal and illegal export of the capital and expert estimations.
