Blakita A. Scientific - methodical bases of economic regulation of development and accommodation of an oil - fatty complex of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to development of the scientific approaches to regulation of development and accommodation of an oil - fatty complex in territory of Ukraine. By object of research the enterprise structures working enterprises in modern conditions тransformation of economy act. In work the тheoretical methodological bases of development and accommodation of an oil - fatty complex are determined, the conceptual device is specified, the scientific principles and classification attributes are formulated which permits to establish and to estimate the most important tendencies both laws in spatial and temporary measurement. The system of methods and levers of management directed on effective functioning and development of branch is established also. The complex estimation of structural - dynamic shifts is carried out which have taken place in an oil - fatty complex of Ukraine and the clusters associations of competitive branches, manufactures and companies are allocated. The practical recommendations concerning improvement of the conomic mechanism of regulation of development and accommodation of an oil - fatty complex are offered.
