Dalevskaya N. Formation of the motivation mechanism of the investor and increase of the investment activity

Object of research: measuring objective and sub-jective factors of forming socially oriented market economy in Ukraine. Purpose of research:. Devel-oping the theoretical conception of forming investor motivation mechanism and defining methodological approaches to investment activity increase process. Methods of research: logical summarizing, system and complex approaches, analysis and synthesis, economy and statistical, data summarizing and com-parative collation. Results: got further development the grounding of essential political economic charac-teristics of the "investor motivation" category; re-vealed the specificity of investment activity's physi-cal form demonstration in innovative model of eco-nomic growth; criteria were grounded and factors of investment demand stimulation under recession and inflation gaps were classified; essence and peculiari-ties of effective economic investor motivation mechanism forming were revealed; thesis that mechanism's functioning is the material basis of in-ternaleconomic growth resources was grounded; developed and formulated theoretical and practical proposals as to improvement of direct and indirect instruments of investor motivation management based on economic mechanism's of effective inves-tor motivation structure analysis; author's conception of Net Present Value of human resource was pro-posed; methods of adequate market valuation of in-tellectual activity products was developed; deter-mined features of investor motivation instruments' interactions in conditions of economic systems de-velopment globalization; factors of Ukrainian in-vestment potential competitiveness in world econ-omy were discovered; innovative development of high technology units of machine-building; creating productions of import substituting goods and reorien-tation of weakened cooperation connections to do-mestic markets. Novelty: concept of forming favor-able investment climate in condition of changes in structure of social reproduction of national welfare; mechanism of investment activity during transition of Ukraine to innovative model of economic growth based on economic subject's interests balance; model of technical basis modernization in primary sector and innovative development of investment potential based on system dynamics principle; mechanism of reorientation of weakened cooperative relation to domestic markets.
