The author has specified economical essence of initial concept and deepened theory and methodology of consumer goods market grouping, developed system of interaction of the main regional consumer market indicators and relevant elements of its structure as well as elaborated system of regional consumer market effectiveness indicators and calculation methods. There has been made an integrated assessment of territorial differentiation, volumes, structure, development and distribution dynamics of consumer market enabling for the first time ever to perform a combinative classification of Ukrainian regions with respect to consumer market development levels. There has been discovered principal consumer market development and distribution tendencies; further developed technical approach towards modeling of regional consumer goods market as complicated social and economic system; improved and classified principles of regional consumer goods market management based on additional parameter allowance caused by internal properties of consumer system. There was run a structural analysis of specific goods consumption, and found some tendencies of its development and regional grouping features. The foresight model of consumer goods market was build which allows to improve its structure and territorial organization, defined priorities and developed practical recommendations as to forming regional consumer goods market in Ukraine.
