Essay

In the dissertation the ways of improvement of the characteristics of onboard power supply systems of the electrical rolling stock are considered. For the decision of this task the semiconductor keys and structures of semiconductor converters of such onboard systems with the lowered switching losses are offered at the expense of use in switchboards of a mode of homogeneous switching. The methodology of application of homogeneous switching in converters of onboard power supply systems of the rolling-stock is offered.
