This Ph.D. Thesis discovers the content of student training for the lessons of cookery. Positive aspects of technology that is based on national pacularities of Ukrainian cuisine had been singled out. The content of program about ukrainian national cuisine for 5-7 cl. and methods of teaching are theoretically substantiated and has an experimental approbation.
