GUC R. Principles of the diagnostics and explanation of the choice of the method of the surgical treatment of the patients with the occlusion of the kidney artery.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnostics and treatment of the patients with the vasorenal hypertension. We have first ascertained the frequency of the atherosclerosis and fibromuscular displazia with the occlusion of the kidney artery as a nosologic basis of the creation of the vasorenal hypertension, and their pathophysical significiance has also been appraised. We have also determined the particularities of the clinical course, the sources of the creation and ways of the collateral circulation of the blood in kidneys when its main arterial trunk is compeletely affected, among them the main are diametrical and iliac arteries. We have also determined the anatomical criterions which allow to ascertain the viability of the perenchyma of the kidneys that don't function, with the occlusion of the kidney artery, among them the main is the length of the kidney longer than 8.5 cm. We have done an appraisal of the existing methodes of diognostics of the vasorenal hypertension which allowed to establish our own approach in treatment and exposure of this disease, the results of the treatment of the patients with the occlusion of the kidney artery got really better.
