The theoretical and practical problems and ways of improvement of management of investment processes on financial markets are considered in the dissertation work. There are closer definitions of research and analysis of financial markets theories. The author suggests the model of correlation of means of production restoration and financial markets activity. There are analyzed the trends of national financial markets. The author suggests strategic parameters and methods of investment portfolio management. There are suggested the indicators for improvement the monitoring of financial markets and the criteria of substandard agreements for control of securities market.
