Essay

The thesis investigates theoretical and applied aspects of informational and analytical support for strategic control of enterprises' activities. Strategic control system is analyzed as a combination of 4 elements. The procedure of constructing a balanced system of strategic control indicators is elaborated. Within this framework the integral flexibility indicator is proposed, which provides information applicable both for enterprise management process and for adjustment of state policies in regulating activities of strategically important enterprises.
