Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical and the practical problems of the improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of investment activity regulation in conditions of transformation of Ukraine's economy. The factors, that negatively influence the investment climate in Ukraine are determined. Some changes in tax, credit and investment policy that promote the increase of the role of investments in the stabilization of economy of regions in particular and Ukraine in the whole are offered.
