Gladchenko S. The organiszational mechanism of ecological insurance in restructuring the coal enterprises

Object of the study is the ecological insurance process in Donbass under restructuring the coal enterprises. Objective of the study is the theoretical substantiation of approaches to ecological insurance and elaboration of methodical recommendations on development of ecological insurance under restructuring the coal enterprises. Methods of research include methods of logical analysis and synthesis, statistical ones, methods of expert estimation and mathematical simulation. Theoretical and practical results consist in substantiation and development of the methodical framework for ecological insurance under restructuring the coal enterprises; in elaboration of proposals on raising the efficiency of insurance services. Novelty is in elaboration of the regulation concerning formation, allocation and account of insurance reserves according to types of insurance, as well as in creation of the mechanism for complex development of the ecological insurance and the rules of ecological insurance for enterprises which create a great danger. Degree of introduction: the insurance company "SPITCH & K", Departament of Financial Establishments and Markets under the Finance Ministry of Ukraine, the League of the Ukrainian Insurance Organization. Sphere of application covers insurance companies operating in mining regions of Ukraine.
