Gorbenko G. Regulation of exports of Ukrainian ferrous metallurgical enterprises (after the example of the European Union)

The object is export activities of metallurgical enterprises to the EU market. The goal is scientific provement of the ways of modernization of the mechanism of enterprises, export activities and development of the set of organizational measures to ensure, the growth of foreign currency inflows from the exports to the EU. The methods used: economic and statistical, system analysis, logical generalization of results. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical basis for the development and modernization of export programs for export-oriented metallurgical industry, preparation of the cooperation agreements with partner countries, enriching the contents of disciplines taught in higher education institutions. Novelty: a multi-vector analysis of ferrous metals export to the EU was conducted; it is proved a close relationship between the level of the country's economic development and methods of government regulation of foreign economic activity, necessity for careful and active protective state policy using non-ferrite methods; perspectives for realization of joint investment projects in the profitable market segments with producers from Germany, Greece and Italy are pointed out; complex of organizational and informative measures on creating modern infrastructure of metallurgical market is developed. Sphere of application: state government's committees on economic issues, higher education institutions and the system of government officials retraining.
