The theses are focused upon the analysis of noun Nominative Case syntactical nature from the position of functional equivalency principle, acting in a language. The sphere of N1 syntactical functions and its specialized subject function representational opportunities is defined, which is shown in the form of structural typology in the framework of syntagmatic and paradygmatic, one-level and inter-level, intra-and inter-part of speech, one and two step functional equivalency. The obtained results deepen the interpretation of language organization as the acting system, which is characterized by natural interrelation of different sub-systems via its component.
