Essay

The dissertation is devoted to measurements of cross-sections of K-shell X-ray emission of groups of elements induced by protons with energy from 1.0 to 2.5 MeV and to use of this radiation for creation of a technique of determination in zirconium alloys of contents of Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zr, Nb, Hf and Pb by method of the external standard and a method of fundamental parameters. It is shown, that values of concentrations determined by developed technique and by other analytical methods are agreed within the limits of errors of measurements.
