The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical and practical problems of crime-procedural relations, that arise in the way of using the right to freedom from the selfexpose and relatives expose by the subjects of crime-procedural activity. Gives definition of freedom of the person from selfexpose and relatives expose, which consists that each subject of crime-procedural activity has an opportunity and can not be forced to give to bodies, which conduct criminal process, information on ful-filment by the given person, member of his family or close relative of action, for which any of kinds of the legal responsibility (criminal, administrative, civil, disci-plinary) is stipulated, and also information, which makes secret of personal life of the person, which gives the indications and explanations, or the persons, concern-ing which are given the indications and explanations.
