Lozova G. Formation of competitive environment in transition economy.

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of theoretical, organizational, methodological and applied problems of competitive environment, its forms, stages of development, criterions of classification. Typical characteristics of competitive environment in developed countries and peculiarities of forming it in transitional economies are analysed. New methods of national competitive environment evaluation according to the developed in the work model are proposed. There are also some propositions for realization of new conception of forming the competitive environment in Ukraine on the basis of the effective system of institotional and economical environment creation, sectoral to claster development model transition. In view of the global integration processes in the countries and standartization of competitive legislation in specific treaties regulation area it is proposed to expand the competitive law with the norms for regulation of cases of organized associations of entrepreneurs, especially those when one of the treaty party is a trans-national corporation.
